Day 6 : pukul2 shuttlecock dengan raket badminton - 20 minit
Day 7 : 3.6 km (4th lane)
Day 8 : 4.4 km (5th lane)
Day 9 : pukul2 shuttlecock - 20 minit + 2km (8th lane)
Day 10 : 4.4 km (6th lane)
Day 11 : 4.4 km (7th lane)
Day 12 : 4.4 km (8th lane)
Day 13 : 2.8 km (8th lane)
Day 14 : 1.6 km (8th lane) - alasan hujan turun.
